The Emblematic Houses in Hoya de Tunte. Houses 1, 2 and 3 are now the product of the union of two separate houses. The first house (today houses 2 and 3) was built by Mrs. Celia and her husband about 100 years ago. Over the years they bought the second house (today house 1), which until a few years ago was used as a barn, and in 2012 the Casas Emblemáticas in Hoya de Tunte were renovated as Casas Rurales y Emblemáticas, situated near a traditional Canarian village, San Bartolomé de Tirajana, far away from the hustle and bustle of the city and surrounded by nature. In this magical place, which invites you to rest, peace and quiet, you can contemplate the beauty and harmony of the natural landscapes of the area, surrounded by mountains, where the wonderful Canarian flora blends with the local crops: olive, apricot and almond trees. The houses have been restored respecting as far as possible the original essence and materials, some of which (old doors, windows, etc.) have been recycled without renouncing all the comforts required by our way of life today. The 'Casas Emblemáticas en Hoya de Tunte I, II y III' are in perfect condition and have been equipped and decorated with great taste, detail and affection by their owner, the 'Casa Emblemática en Hoya de Tunte III' is attached to the 'II' and has the same equipment, it is the smallest of all the houses.
