Romantic and cosy house with a 110m² plot and 70m² built. The house Samuel has a private swimming pool, a BBQ and garden furniture to spend the afternoons reading or listening to the sound of birds.

The house Samuel is located in the small and quiet village of Las Vegas, in the municipality of Granadilla de Abona, South on the Tenerife Island.

This village became Abona’s first concentration of population due to the abundance of water, it was full of cultures, water tanks, sinks, channels… Today, most the cultures have been replaced by wild vegetation.

The flora is completely native, with the Canarian pine that starts growing at this altitude, prickly pears, wild vegetation in the ravine… It is also possible to observe in the area numerous cave homes, typical construction in the Southern part of Tenerife due to its geological nature.

At present, about 20 neighbours live in Las Vegas and with the tourists who are accommodated in the holiday cottages.

Many of the old houses have now been restored in holiday cottages and welcome nature lovers in search of peace and quiet.



From this point, from Las Vegas, starts a circular path : Las Vegas – Molino – Las Vegas of 8km long.

With the path, you will discover what was an authentic canarian village and how the locals lived in the rural areas: you will see grazing goats, hear the sound of the rooster, see the authentic watermill that was used to grind the grain or the old stoves that were used to dry the fruits (like the prickly pears) or make bread and pastries.

El Médano and los Abrigos, only 20min from Las Vegas, there are old fishing villages with the best natural beaches of the island and offer the possibility to do watersports as well as taste the variety of gastronomic choice of the island.

Ideal house to enjoy the sea and the mountain.
