When will I get my money back if I have to pay a deposit?
The deposit will be refunded within a maximum period of 7 days after departure, once it has been checked that there has been no damage caused during the stay in the apartment. We kindly ask you to inform us of any anomaly you may find on your arrival within the first 8 hours, in order to avoid any misunderstanding on your departure.
I am travelling with a baby. Is a cot and highchair service available?
Provided that you state on your booking that you are staying with a child under 2 years of age and request it, if the property has both, they will be left ready for you on the day of your arrival.
Are pets allowed in the house?
Only in those properties where it is stated in the description that they are pet friendly. Pets are not allowed in the rest of the accommodation.
Is there a charge if I cancel my booking?
Cancellation of any booking is free of charge if made within 15 days of arrival. After this date, the cancellation fee will be 100% of the total amount of the booking.
Is it possible to check in/out at a time other than the scheduled time?
Check-in is always at 15:00 and check-out at 11:00. In case of need to change one or the other, it must always be done under consultation 1 or 2 days before and, if availability allows it, the exception could be made.
